One key challenge many village pastors face is low theological training or no training at all. And due to their growing family and church responsibilities, they can no longer afford to pursue theological studies, especially counting the costs of relocation. Considering how critical theological training is, particularly in the wake of the sporadic spread of "prosperity gospel" in Africa, Serve Africa has made it a part of her initiatives to conduct Pastors Empowerment Conferences for pastors and church planters from remote villages. We are soliciting partnership with pastors and professors who have keen interest in developing untrained pastors. This is a unique opportunity for you to make indelible impacts on lives that most need you. We also seek partnerships with churches and organizations that are intentional about empowering pastors, especially those who are faithfully serving under challenging circumstances.
